Prana Yoga and Healing Center Celebrates Yoga Day USA!

To help spread the health and wellness benefits of yoga, Prana Yoga and Healing Center is hosting a low-cost workshop and open house as part of Yoga Day USA, the national celebration of yoga.  In the practice of karma yoga or service to others, this workshop is a fund raising event for All Faiths Food Bank.

Included will be a yoga workshop followed by meditation, refreshments as well as other health and wellness practitioners that will offer mini-facials, massage and astrology readings.
