In December's Yoga Journal Mr. Iyengar says that at the age of "90 he is still practicing headstands (sirsasana) for a half an hour, even without shaking." He is "breaking the fear complex and living with confidendence." Inversions are calming on the body, relieves stress on the internal organs, shifts your perspective. Come, learn and feel the benefits of inverting the body. From downward facing dog, (adho muhka svanasana) Shoulderstand (Sarvangasana), to headstand (Sirsasana).
