Tis the season of giving and receiving. Give yourself the gift of opening the body to being more receptive.
This class will ease you into opening, then long restorative postures will allow you to sit and reflect in a meditative state. Aligning the energies for ending the season and preparing for something new in the coming year.
This class is designed for ALL LEVELS. It's also a perfect opportunity for BEGINNERS to experience their first yoga class.
